Vinyasa w/ Duncan – A Masterclass
Join Duncan for this fun, upbeat, creatively and intelligently sequenced 2-hour vinyasa class. A well rounded practice including: standing postures, twists, arm balances, inversions, backbends, hip openers, and forward folds.
Duncan has been teaching yoga for over 10 years, leading retreats, workshops and teacher trainings across the globe. He is an E-RYT500 Yoga Instructor originally from Toronto, now living in Melbourne. He teaches alignment-based vinyasa inspired by Anusara, Ashtanga, Iyengar and Annie Carpenter’s SmartFLOW Yoga.
