Therapeutic Workshops: Getting Grounded
In yoga and Pilates, we often hear the instruction to root, to connect to the ground, or to move from a grounded place. But what does this actually mean? And how can we do it? In this workshop, we’ll explore the nuances of our relationship to gravity. How grounding can help you both in active and passive practices. You’ll come away with some concrete strategies to apply in your movement practices going forward. This workshop includes both practice, and discussion, so bring your questions and curiosities. And also a notebook.
