The Whole Flow

Have you ever taken Sahara’s Hatha Flow practice at our studio and thought: yes! I want more of that!
On Saturday August 18th, join Sahara for two full hours of chakra balancing, pranayama (breath work), asana (movement practice), chanting, and meditation. The two hour practice allows both mind and body to slip into full mediation, in movement and in stillness. We focus on breathing first so that through the entire practice, we lead with breath. This allows the postures to grow and expand naturally because oxygen encourages blood flow, which encourages coordination and expression. The harmony created between breath flowing and blood circulating is truly divine. Once the circulatory system is in alignment with breath, the practice inherently deepens and becomes intuitive. With two full hours, the practitioner is able to move into the deeper layers of being, to feel at one with the internal system and to express themselves through movement. We move to engage the lower chakras and remove stagnated energy, we breathe to tap into our heart and circulatory system, we chant to remove tension from our throat chakra and expand our respiratory system, we meditate to align with our intuition and higher self.
