Join Mark-Anthony for a 90-minute Sivananda class every Sunday at 2pm in January.
This non-heated yoga practice begins with pranayama (breathing exercises) to clear the mind and sun salutations to warm up the body before diving into Sivananda’s hatha sequence.
Beginners will have time to prepare each pose and learn modifications, whereas seasoned practitioners will have time to hold postures longer and explore variations.
