Prenatal Yoga – A 6-week Series

This 6 week series is designed for new or experienced students at any point in their pregnancy to:

~ Connect to your growing baby and nurture your changing body
~ Build community with other parents-to-be in the area
~ Relieve tension and develop tone and strength through a dynamic sequence of postures
~ Learn relaxation and breathing techniques to prepare for birth and aid in postpartum recovery

Nava has been practicing yoga since she discovered it as a student in Montreal and it became the perfect compliment to her busy lifestyle. Over the years she has practiced all types of yoga, but came to settle within the Moksha Yoga community, where she is now a teacher, manager & part owner at Moksha Yoga St Clair West.

In addition to her training in Moksha, Moksha Flow & Moksha Prenatal, Nava has had the privilege of studying Yin with Bernie Clark, Restorative with Scott Davis & Pat Harada Linfoot and Yoga Therapy with Susi Hately. She loves to pair her classes with a killer playlist.
