Prenatal Yoga 6-week Pre-Registered Series
This 6-week series is designed for new or experienced students at any point in their pregnancy to:
– Connect to your growing baby and nurture your changing body
– Build community with other parents-to-be in the area
– Relieve tension and develop tone and strength through a dynamic sequence of postures
– Learn relaxation and breathing techniques to prepare for birth and aid in postpartum recovery

Dates: May 15 – June 19, 2018 (6 consecutive Tuesdays)
Time: 6:30PM – 7:45PM
Location: Moksha Yoga Uptown Yin Room
Investment: $102 + HST for all 6 sessions

You may join any session late if you commit to the remaining classes in the series and the class rate will be pro-rated;
No make up classes;
No drop ins.
