Breath is foundational to a healthy mind and body – essential for living a vibrant life. Come learn the fundamentals of yogic breathing over the course of this practical and information-packed weekend. Learn how to practice yogic breath-work in order to increase, conserve, balance, channel and purify your body’s energy – key steps on the path to inner clarity, contentment and peace.
Katarina is a long-time student of yoga starting at the ripe age of 18 when she, her mind and her body had a date with destiny to become better friends, a more cohesive group, you could say. Through years of practice and study, yoga has been the path that has led her toward a state of greater harmony in her inner and outer worlds. Her classes are laced with elements of mindfulness, safe alignment, personal attention, practical yogic philosophy and a healthy dose of humour to keep it all in perspective. Katarina will always encourage you to listen inward to your body and breath knowing that they are your greatest teachers.
