Mom + Baby Yoga 6-week Pre-Registered Series

A 6-week pre-registered series for new parents of pre-crawling babies. Postnatal Yoga aids in regaining strength, stamina, and energy after pregnancy. Get rejuvenated, strengthen, realign, and ease pain in the body held from breast feeding and carrying your baby. The class focuses on rebuilding power in the belly, a strong back, and pelvic muscles. It will help you to open up tight shoulders and back muscles, by opening up the chest and releasing tension in the body.

Parents are welcome to bring their babies, and meet other new parents in the neighborhood for the next chapter of life!

DATES: May 22 – June 26, 2018
TIME: Tuesdays 2:30-3:30PM
LOCATION: Moksha Yoga Uptown
INVESTMENT: $102+hst (includes a mat rental!) for 6 sessions
  • We are located on the second floor without access to an elevator, so wraps and carriers are highly encouraged over strollers.
  • While we would love to accommodate drop ins and missed classes we are unable to at this time due to the popularity of the class.
