Mom + Baby (Postnatal) Yoga

Baby & Parent Yoga Sessions:
A 6-week pre-registered series for new parents of pre-crawling babies. Postnatal Yoga aids in regaining strength, stamina, and energy after pregnancy. Get rejuvenated, strengthen, realign, and ease pain in the body held from breast feeding and carrying your baby.
The class focuses on rebuilding power in the belly, a strong back, and pelvic muscles. It will help you to open up tight shoulders and back muscles, by opening up the chest and releasing tension in the body. Parents are welcome to bring their babies, and meet other new parents in the neighborhood for the next chapter of life!
Dates: Tuesday September 18 – October 23, 2018
(six consecutive Tuesdays)
Time: 2:30PM – 3:30PM
Location: Moksha Yoga Uptown (non-heated room)
Investment: $102 + HST

A couple notes:

  • Please note that we are located on the second floor without access to an elevator, so wraps and carriers are highly encouraged over strollers.
  • We will allow late joiners at a pro-rated rate. Please email info@mokshayogastclairwest.com for information.
  • No make up classes;No Dropins for Parent and Baby Classes
