Backbends, Bandhas, Inversions: Handstand

Whether you’re ‘sticking’ it, or still using the wall, the wall (and sometimes a partner) can be a very helpful tool. We’ll build with a flow, and add some more strengthening work for the shoulders, wrists and core. This will build nicely from the previous forearm balance workshop (September 8th) but can also be taken on it’s own.
