This class is practiced in a non-heated room, but come prepared to sweat! Whether you’re a beginner or high-intensity athlete, Moksha Fit is designed to suit and adapt to all levels.

  • Karma Moksha

    Karma Moksha is a standard hot Moksha class that is offered by donation (suggested minimum $7.00 – all proceeds go to charity).

  • Vinyasa (1, 2, 3)

    A high energy yoga class that feels like a dance – linking movement with breath – often branching out into creative sequencing of postures. This class is offered heated and non-heated and at varying levels – check the schedule!

  • Hatha

    A yoga practice designed to promote balance, flexibility, strength and connection to breath. Suitable for the beginner and intermediate student who prefer a slower paced class, focusing on form and alignment of postures.

  • Hatha Flow

    Be yourself, let go and delve into a flow of postures that encourage awareness of energy moving through the body.

  • Restorative

    Restorative yoga is a gentle practice for stress relief, anxiety and depression. It is the centering of your breath and body – aligning the physical and mental by practicing stillness or gentle movement for extended periods of time.

    Yin Yoga is both a gentle and challenging yoga practice. Poses are held for 3-5 minutes, stretching deep muscle tissue and fascia. All poses are seated or reclined. The slower nature of this practice is often described as a “moving meditation”. A great compliment to your regular practice.

    Jock Yoga is a contemporary alternative to a more traditional flow yoga class. Without requiring extreme flexibility, Jock Yoga is targeted toward the needs and strengths of the athletic individual and will help you build strength and endurance in your yoga practice and other physical activities.

    Mat Pilates incorporating fluid motion with strong emphasis on development of core strength.

  • Inferno Pilates

    Inferno Pilates is a fun, challenging, full-body, low-impact, high intensity workout using Pilates principles. Performed on a yoga mat and towel in a heated room with energetic music, Inferno Pilates is an amazing workout that strengthens muscles and burns fat without the pounding of a high impact workout. All fitness levels welcome!

  • Fusion

    Fusion combines the focused strengthening of Pilates with a bit of yoga and functional movement. Expect lots of burn for your core and some time to stretch and balance it all out. Practice will be vigorous but accessible, with lots of modifications offered. Some experience with yoga is recommended.

  • Senior’s Yoga

    Classes are accessible and community-based, with teachers specifically trained in Therapeutic Yoga techniques.
