Matthew Romantini

Thanks for coming to my class (or considering it!).  I came to yoga via my work as an actor and dancer. I was introduced to Moksha while in Vancouver in 2005, and have been practicing ever since. I am the lead therapist and founder at Sadhana Therapeutics, the in-house Yoga Therapy program at Moksha Yoga Uptown.

In 2013, I completed Susi Hately’s Therapeutic Yoga Intensive and Pre-Certification Mentorship, which is known for its practical, direct approach, and its basis in up-to-date research in kinesiology, biomechanics, anatomy, and treatments for specific diseases and disorders.  I have continued to train intensively with Susi ever since, and I offer private, semi-private and small group classes using this approach to improve movement function and reduce pain.  I also mentor other teachers in this way of working.

The functional approach makes its way into all of my teaching, whether in Moksha, Vinyasa (flow), Yin, or Hatha style classes.

Book privates or sign up for my special series of functional group classes, by connecting with me directly at:
