Chloe grew up with yoga and started to really ‘get it’ when she was visiting an ashram as a teen. She took her first Moksha class in 2006 and completed the Moksha training in 2009. Since then, she has had adventures teaching in Costa Rica, Thailand, New York, LA, and back again to Toronto. Chloe has found yoga to be her greatest teacher, and her greatest healer, and she is continuously discovering ways to practice and relate her practice into teaching. Her classes are grounding and accessible, emphasizing mindfulness and breath throughout.
Chloe also teaches Yin, pre & postnatal yoga, and is a mindfulness based labour doula.
