Moksha Yin

Moksha + Yin is a blend of the strength-based portion of the Moksha series and a blissful Yin portion to end off the class. Yin is a style of practice where deep and gentle stretches are held for extended periods, up to 5 minutes per posture. It’s a great way to open up tight hips and hamstrings, plus and awesome way to wind down for the evening.
