With a four-month minimum commitment, your credit card is charged $99 +HST every month until you decide to cancel your membership (with 15 days notice).
- By signing up for this offer you understand that you are signing up for a one-year membership taken out in monthly installments based on your Activation Date.
- You are permitted to freeze your payments once a year for a maximum of 30 days.
- You may opt to cancel your membership after 4 months. If you do cancel prior to the one-year term you are ineligible to resign for the Auto Renewal again until after the date marked as the Anniversary Date.
- The monthly fee is guaranteed for one year form the date of activation. The monthly payments will continue until we receive written notice of a request to cancel.
- Cancellation requests must be made in writing with at least 15 days notice of your monthly installment date and after the first 4 month period has ended. Please see us in the studio for a cancellation form.
- This enrollment is only applicable to the client who signs up, and is not transferable between other clients or other Moksha Yoga studios.
