Sharlene Yuen, RMT
Sharlene’s interest in Massage Therapy began while studying Psychology and dance at the University of Calgary. With a background in the Performing Arts, health and wellness have always been important aspects of her life. While talking a health psychology course in University, she became very interested in how our mental, emotional and physical well-being affects our lives on a daily basis and how touch can be used therapeutically to heal. In 2009, Sharlene graduated with honors from Elmcrest College. Upon graduation, she has worked in both spas as well as fitness centres and is very happy to finally call Moksha Yoga Uptown her “home”.
Sharlene enjoys providing both relaxation and therapeutic massage and is passionate about helping her clients achieve their health and wellness goals. Sharlene is looking very forward to furthering her education in order to bring more techniques to her work.

Before massage, Cassandra worked in arts and culture and is familiar with the physical toll office and computer work can take on a person.
She believes that healing begins in the mind, and approaches her practice by exploring the mind and body connection through the use of breath and body awareness. She is known for both her competency and creativity when it comes to helping people heal. Courtney Condon, RMT
RMT Courtney Condon currently splits her time between her small hometown in Muskoka and the city of Toronto she has grown to love. Her keen desire to inspire change and healing in people led her to study Massage Therapy at Sutherland Chan, where she graduated in 2007.
From that time until now, Courtney has worked in a variety of settings, including spas, small clinics, wellness clinics and her own mobile practice. While she enjoys the variety and challenge of working with people of all ages, stages of health and gender, she has always had a special interest in treating women through the stages of pregnancy. Her passion for working with prenatal clients also led her to study as a Doula in 2013. With ten years of experience, Courtney joined the Uptown wellness team in September 2016.
Courtney is acutely aware of the anxiety, stress, and pain affecting people’s lives today. She understands the critical connection between the mind and body and how she can facilitate healing with clear – and often immediate – results in both pain relief and emotional well-being. Regardless of whether she is providing a relaxation or therapeutic based treatment, the goal is always to have the client walk out with a smile on his or her face and ease in their stride.
