Yogaroma: Yoga with Essential Oils
The practice of using essential oils has been around for centuries. Plants
yield many benefits in mood enhancement, air purifying and healing. Essential oils also contain compounds that encourage feelings of inspiration and calmness. These benefits are amplified when practicing yoga poses in a supported environment.
We will use doTerra essential oils aromatically and topically to harness the power of plants and a mindful yoga practice to restore and uplift. There will be a discussion about essential oils and take-home samples.
