Chloe is a certified Prenatal and Moksha Yoga instructor and CAPPA certified Doula and Core Confidence Specialist. She is passionate about supporting individuals and families to feel informed and healthy throughout their pregnancy, birth, and postpartum period. Chloe’s training includes Khalsa Way, Bellies Inc., Yin Yoga and Yoga for Trauma. Her classes are a nurturing and accessible balance between challenge and rest, designed specifically for pregnant bodies.
Oh, and she’s thrilled to be expecting a baby in October!
