Stephanie balances her bliss with yoga, music and good company. Her yoga is rooted in the healing foundation of Moksha. She loves the dance and challenge of a good sweaty flow class that melts her into stillness. As a teacher she is dedicated to creating a space for people to feel challenged, cared for and connected in a healthy way. She will remind you how strong you are and nourish you with fun.
