Trying to find a way to relax and slow down from her busy, fast paced life, Kelly went to a yoga class and immediately felt a connection. Yoga made Kelly aware of her breath, along with her awakening body, mind and spirit.
In the summer of 2009, she completed her Moksha Teacher Training and over the last few years she has received her Yin and Hatha certification as well. Kelly looks forward to learning to new styles of yoga as she believes that there is so much to learn about the mind body connection. You can expect Kelly to give space to her students to feel the postures through breath rather than pushing people to the edge. This way people can let go of expectations, ego and experience the present moment.
When Kelly isn’t teaching, she loves to spend time with her family and friends, experience new food, read and travel. Her dream yoga spot would be on the beaches in Thailand, next to the water and under the sun.
