With all the support Jessica offers, her true passion lies in introducing Yoga to beginners in a way that makes them feel both safe, and yet know they are beginning a great adventure. Her deep passion for the art and science of Yoga also permits her to teach those experienced practitioners desiring deeper possibilities from their work.
