Chelsea found Pilates four years ago and quickly fell in love with the mindfulness of the movement. Completing her Mat certification two years ago, she has gone on to complete additional courses in postural alignment and men’s movement. Her classes begin with a focus on creating energy in the core, the foundation of her movement method. Come challenge conventional movement and discover a new way to build long lean muscle.
