Jock Yoga is a contemporary alternative to a more traditional flow yoga class. Without requiring extreme flexibility, Jock Yoga is targeted toward the needs and strengths of the athletic individual and will help you build strength and endurance in your yoga practice and other physical activities.
Jock Yoga Level 1-2 is a more introductory version of its level 3 counterpart. While still providing a full body workout, flows are built and repeated slower with the mechanics of the practice broken down in direct language. Extreme flexibility is not required.
Jock Yoga Level 3 is a strength and endurance focused yoga practice designed to challenge the practitioner while providing a full-body yoga workout. This practice targets the needs and feeds the strengths of the athletic individual. A regular yoga practice is strongly recommended.
