Hatha (1-2, Hatha 2, Hatha Flow)

Hatha 1-2
A yoga practice designed to promote balance, flexibility, strength and connection to breath.  Suitable for the beginner and intermediate student who prefer a slower paced class, focusing on form and alignment of postures.

Hatha 2
Builds on the Hatha Level 1 class. Students are encouraged to explore more challenging postures and variations.

Be Yourself, let go and delve into a flow of postures that encourage awareness of energy moving through the body.
